This website is owned and operated by WIX. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors an overview of services and offerings by the business, as well as contact information for services. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Your Event Information
Any final catering selections are required at the latest 14 days prior to your event. Any changes that are made to this menu after this time may required additional charges or not be provided. Once final guest numbers are given 10 days prior to your event, this will be taken as confirmed. Catering will be provided for the confirmed number of guests, and this number will be the minimum charged, regardless of any last-minute cancellations.
The original catering options displayed on the packages online can be altered or customised with consultation with the Festa Fiesta team, and may require an additional cost. We will recommend and discuss any information about whether you believe there will be too much or not enough food for your event.
Item Hire
When hiring an item, you agree that:
(i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it.
(ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to hire an item.
The prices we charge for hiring our items / decor are listed within the packages provided after enquiring for services.
We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing can be discussed by contacting us.
Any damage that is made to an item may be charged an additional fee after hire. Any custom printing or decor jobs will require a non-refundable payment in full before the item is produced.
Catering
The prices we charge for catering packages are listed within the packages provided after enquiring for services.
Any dietary requirements are the responsibility of the event host to provide to the event planner for your event. Although our best efforts will be made to meet all dietary requirement needs (additional charge may be required), we can not guarantee complete allergy free requirements due to the environment in which we operation/food may be prepared in.
Event Planning
Event planning or event assistance will be quoted to the event host accurately whilst factoring in labour costs, travel and other time requirements for the event.
Refund, Cancellation & Postponement (information below is specific to Festa Fiesta Events - other suppliers as part of your event may have different policies)
Any type of cancellation, postponement or discussion of refund must be done in writing. This can be done by contacting us via email.
Cancellation's that are made within 28 days of the event/booking date will not receive any form of refund, and will lose all money that has been paid to date. There will be no credit given.
Cancellations that are made within 14 days of the event/booking date will not receive any form of refund, and will lose all money that has been paid to date. The event host will also have to pay the total amount due for the event.
Due to any kind of unforeseen circumstances, Festa Fiesta Events have the right to cancel or postpone your event, and therefore refund any deposits made.
Changes to Services / Offerings
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Payment & Deposit
To secure your booking with us a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total event cost is required upon acceptance of quote.
This deposit will be applied toward the total balance of the services provided. Full payment is due 7 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
In the event that the final payment is not received by the due date, Festa Fiesta Events reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. If a payment is not made as agreed, we will not be able to proceed with event preparations, and you will forfeit the deposit amount.
Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer. All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of booking.
Duty of Care
At Festa Fiesta Events, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and clients at our events. As part of our responsibility, we adhere to the standards of safety, professionalism, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of attendees, including (but not limited to) event planning, risk management, and the provision of necessary equipment and staff to manage safety concerns. However, it is the responsibility of all guests and participants to follow any guidelines, instructions, and safety procedures (if required) provided by our team.
We cannot be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, or personal harm caused by the failure of individuals to follow these safety guidelines or for circumstances outside of our control.
